venture design & control

Guided by the six perspectives of the venturebrain circle

Join the roundtable

In a nutshell

The venturebrain circle is a proven framework to initiate and support organisational design, development and control.

We employ the known and established format of roundtables to put all the relevant questions on the table -  directed from the respective perspective to the entire roundtable … and vise versa.

The key is to ask the right questions and suggest best practice as much as utilizing the combined knowledge and experiences of the attendees, so that the participants can design and develop their organisations and ventures by building a web with their individual answers, that connects all drivers and aspects .

The internet describes Organisational Design Models as “frameworks that help organisations implement structures to execute their strategic plans and achieve their objectives” and Organisational Control as “specifying, monitoring and evaluating individual and collective action”.

In simple words, it’s about knowing where you want to go, figuring out the best paths to get there, gathering all the items (securing all needed resources), establishing all the routines you need to pave the way and making sure everyone is hooked up to the rope -  as you check regularly if everything goes as it should, so that you can (re-)act if it doesn’t.

venturebrains.org wants to democratize the professional application of organisational design and control, including prudent financial management and thus promote and support (mindful) entrepreneurship and innovation by inspiring and connecting institutions, companies, cultures and people to develop, harmonize and optimize the six perspectives of every venture (aka the six perspectives of the venturebrain circle).

We have learnt that what works best, is best. And no one should ever claim to know what works best for everyone.

Consequently, we see our mission in facilitating and guiding the process of organisational design. While respecting the individuality and personalities of the entrepreneurs and participating parties to utilize the valuable diversity that comes with it. We don’t tell anybody what to do. We just want everyone to know what works best for them.

The questions we ask throughout our formats will help to find those (very individual) answers. Fueled by the exchange with peers. Contributing to and employing venturebrains as the collective it is designed to be.

We are looking forward to learning from you and grow together
